Party for the Museum of Contemporary Art, Zagreb
2009, three channel video on LED screens 40x4m each
The work was comissioned for the opening of the new Museum of Contemporary Art in Zagreb. It was shown on the LED media façade that confined the exhibition space so it was visible from the outside but also accessible from the inside.
The video from the outside seemed to provide a glimpse of a party inside the museum. It showed a group of people partying: drinking, dancing and talking to each other. For the viewers who spent the entire 6 minutes watching, there was a little narrative of a man and a woman walking across the screens, meeting and leaving together.
